Brian Cole is the President of Shaw Industries and Welding Technologies, leading the company’s strategic direction, operations, and long-term growth. He brings more than 15 years of industrial leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, sales and multi-site operations.
A third-generation native of Franklin, Pennsylvania, Brian began his career at Joy Mining/Komatsu, progressing through key engineering and plant leadership roles before joining Evoqua Water Technologies, where he oversaw operation, sales, service & support at 21 locations across 15 states.
Brian holds an engineering degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Gannon University. He and his family are proud to call Western Pennsylvania home.
